I absolutely agree with you, but on the flip-side - these forums are flooded with negativity in the absence of real, substantive "feedback". The vast majority of the posts I read are negative. No feedback - just complaining. And, while that could be considered valuable feedback by some; how can the developers be expected to sift through thousands of posts daily to find that one little shred of decent feedback that might make a case for a real update? Most people come here just for the sake of complaining. While I agree with many of the complaints, in reality these types of posts are an expression of opinion, with no solution to said complaint. So I guess my request would be - start making more meaningful, well articulated and thought out posts, and the developers are more likely to respond. Edit for clarity, as written communication can be misinterpreted (especially amongst strangers) - I am in NO WAY saying that the OP is making a useless complaint - just stating my opinion overall. Though I do absolutely agree there needs to be more interaction from Bungie and their customers. The LACK of communication is misinterpreted as NOT CARING, and I honestly do think the folks that read these posts DO care; its just that they're not in a position to make things happen as quickly as we would all like.

 • 1. At the beginning there was a LOT of constructive feedback. People were reporting what was not working. Lot of bugs were highlighted. Damn, people went much further than simple feedback - they offered real solutions, like new game types, new weapons, new subclasses, new armor and even enhancements to hud (someone even rendered how those would look like). And many, many people supported it. But there was no response. Not even acknowledgment or simple "forget it". So people stopped with constructive feedback and started venting their frustration. Nobody from Bungie told us that they work on something, so there is no time for this. There was (and still is) NO DIALOG at all. And if you are wondering how talking with community looks like check forums of such games Warframe or Diablo or even Starcraft. 2. Saying that we have to be patient is BS, because we still have same bugs from 5 MONTHS! You can count how many bugs there were fixed from the beginning. This game has almost half a year and many are still saying give them time. I have NEVER seen game with so few fixes. Granted, there were games released in much worse state. But all others actually fix something. And yes, many times, in other games, when they were fixing 15 bugs they have introduced 20 others, but still something was happening. Here it is only fixing "cheesing" and nerfing things. And just introducing hard mode 7 weeks (!) after new raid show how lazy they are. I know development takes time, but they did not create new areas, new models or even more advanced AI. All they did was change some parameters and add more enemies and remove some things.

 • Agreed on all counts. I also agree that people NEED to complain, it's just HOW they do it is the key. Like your response to me - thought out, non-confrontational and with real detail to back your statement.
