I like this... You speak true for all things wrong with Destiny right now... Bungie "assumes" that Destiny is still their game... They assume that they know what the player wants... They took the all out PvP approach and it doesn't look like they will change it any time soon... It's sad when you think about it for a while... A post I made earlier on another forum, I gave numbers to illustrate the amount of gamer's as a whole... I stated that MMO games have anywhere from 2.5 million to 20 million players online every day... RPG's sell anywhere from 2 million to 15 million per game... And FPS has anywhere from 20 million to 100 million online per day... Though allow me to go more into detail... There are literally thousands of MMO games... Take into account of 10 million players per game... That's a lot... RPG's have tens of thousands of games, both single and multiplayer... And as for FPS, Currently active games, there's only a small amount... No where near as many as MMO and RPG's... You have to get EVERY FPS game made to date, and make them an active online game, to even come close to matching MMO's, and RPG's... And then the numbers per game drop as well... 2 great gaming worlds, Going untapped by Bungie due to lack of things seen in their own worlds... An MMO gamer WILL NOT play Destiny long cause the loot system, and the fact that they are being forced to play it the designers way, and every other way is wrong... An RPG gamer won't stick around long for lack of story and the worlds aren't big enough... FPS players just like PvP, so Destiny is all PvP now, so it's their heaven... BUT, CoD has reached over [url=http://www.vg247.com/2013/08/13/call-of-duty-100-million-players-32-quadrillion-shots-fired-to-date/t]100 million registered players[/url]... ADVANCE WARFARE, The newest game... It came out 2 months after destiny... So something is wrong if they don't have more then 13% of all other FPS games out there... I don't know whos fault it is for this... And honestly, I DON'T CARE... It needs fixing... But we are never gonna see a fix... If 100 million FPS gamers are playing CoD... Think of how much they are losing with RPG and MMO gamers... Think of how great this game could be if they only started listening... Wake up Bungie!!!!!!!
