Indeed.
They had all of that, and did it with fervor during the Halo years. Since signing with Activision, they've summarily abandoned all of that and gone the way of "just play what we give you and be happy".
I'm trying to get them to realize the gravity of the error in that decision, and help them find a way back into regaining their old respect.

it is not the same company. Microsoft Bungie, and ATVI Bungie are completely different animals. About the only thing left is a logo.

Pretty much. It saddens me greatly when I think of how great the Bungie led community was during the Halo years, then compare it to now.
