Great article, interesting and easy to understand the concept and why is this happening. A new way to look at games (product/service).
About Bungie, well I think they know about this things;
1st, because they are in the gaming industry (If they don't, someone is not doing his job right)
2nd, like someone mentioned before, Blizzard is owned by Activision and Activision is in "bed" with Bungie on Destiny.
The feedback on this forum is a one-way street,
Probably not his fault but, Deej is vague and leave us with more questions then answers.
There are bugs almost as old as the game itself that haven't been fixed yet, and they don't even acknowledge this issues.
I think they make choices in the game without even think how can we see that in a gamer perspective.
Why don't they use this community and make polls like "would you prefer this or that?", or "please help us improve Destiny by answering this questions".
I would like Destiny to become some sort of gaming "service", Bungie and gamers more like a "family", equals that share ideas and visions for the future. But I think that is not the plan they have for it.
