Light was supposed to die. He was the villain. The climax of the show had him at the top of the world, but the good guy always wins in a good story. And his downfall was supposed to be pathetic. He was supposed to face an unbeatable enemy. He was the villain. And sorry to tell you but Misa is NOT doing that. Remember on the episode where L dies? Remember in the middle of the episode how it cut to Misa wearing that outfit and going to the top of a building? [spoiler]that takes place AFTER the anime. Watch closely at the end of the last episode. Look where she is standing. It's on top of a building. And notice what she does after. She leans forward.[/spoiler] [spoiler]Misa killed herself 1 year after Lights death on Valentine's Day. The note she was writing prior? "Her world was just too dark without Light" she threw herself from the top of the building. And the building is the one where her and Light and L and the rest of the team were at during L's death.[/spoiler]

Damn it. . I thought that the outfit she was wearing clued into her being kira.. since that's what she wore the other time she began killing. I'll look into what your saying. And yeah, evil is supposed to be defeated. . . But i would've loved it if light won
