I thought people were exaggerating about the panic Fist of Havoc. Upon working on the Thorn bounty today I found out that nope, people will seriously do it just to kill 1 person when they panic

I had someone try to Fist of Panic me even though I was at a pretty safe distance with my auto rifle. He didn't charge or anything, he just took some rounds to the head and all of a sudden he FoP'd and died.
