Exotic handcannon in special slot
We have primary snipers and shotguns... just throwin ideas around. What stats do you think it woukd have? Personally, I think high ROF low impact 16-18 clip.

I thought the idea was spectacular, but I thought it needed a couple of tweaks. [b]Hymn of Revolution[/b] Hand Cannon "Shot heard around the World" 0: Solar Damage, Special Treatment (Special Slot), “Silencer” (Precision shots have twice the damage) 1: Aggressive Ballistics, Linear Compensator, CQB Ballistics 2: Rangefinder 3: Rifled Barrel, Snapshot, Armor Piercing Rounds 4: Outlaw RoF: 11 Impact: 98 Range: 48 Stability: 12 Reload: 23 Mag: 1 By the way the Silencer doesn't silence you, it silences THEM. Has a binocular scope and can get maximum Impact. With Silencer it takes one headshot to kill an opponent. It's supposed to handle a lot better and be lighter than other Snipers. True but why not just make it have a clip like a glock or something. Ive been under the impression that exotics are not only powerful, but also unique. Just tossin ideas around

Be kinda useless since the entire point of hand cannons is massive impact. Also it's a revolver so...no clips and...handguns don't use clips they use magazines.
