How to balance FUSION RIFLES

--PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU POST--- I'm honestly done with them. It is undeniable that they are over powered. New players to the game usually use the strongest weapon they've heard about before getting the game to compete with the older players, and unsurprisingly the majority of them go straight to fusion rifles. These guns require little skill, they have the potential to one shotkill in close and medium ranges, in some cases long ranges if you find one with the perfect perks. It's disappointing that guns like fusion rifles made it into the game in their current state as for the most part Destiny's gunplay is fairly balanced (although can not always be recognised due to the absolutely terrible online networking). One simple fix I feel would remove the majority of its 'cheapness' is to remove he ability to prefire. Meaning once you tap the button the only way to cancel would be changing weapons or to let the gun finish firing. A large contribution to fusion rifles overpoweredness is the ability to look on the radar, see an enemy is around the corner and begin charging before you see them effectively cancelling out the guns drawback being the delayed fire. Though it is difficult to initially get the timing right, once you do you become extremely hard to beat, which is why you see many people using only fusion rifles, never even switching to their primary, and honestly if bungie intended on special weapons being used as primary weapons they would have been named secoundary weapons and not special implying they are to be used in certain situations and not all. This change also does not really impact on pve, infact it may even make it easier for some because they can concentrate on aiming instead of holding down fire, and also there is rarely ever a need to cancel your firing there because most enemies stay in one spot. Other suggestions on balancing fusion rifles i've heard like reducing the special ammo count is also a good idea but I feel this idea would work better since the ammo reduction would impact to heavily on snipers which already have a low ammo count as it is. Please comment/bump if you agree, the only reason I can see for people being against this are the people who primarily use fusion rifles. Hopefully a patch to fusion rifles comes so that the crucible experience can be lifted.
