yet, here we are months later with the same issues, and the dlc did little to help with even a fraction of them. A lot of us already paid for HoW so they have one more to prove us wrong, but so far you have to admit the management of this title has been laughable
There no way 500 devs are actively working on this game, a handful of 5 guys could have addressed many of the smaller quality of life requests in under a month, at least that's my opinion as someone who does write code for a living.
Granted, I don't do large scale game code, but some of the things being asked for just can't be that hard to implement. It leads me to believe the reason they don't do it is because they just don't want to, for whatever reason.

A lot of big issues have been addressed, but I agree that the little QoL stuff hasn't been their top priority. From what I can tell, Bungie pretty much tried to reinvent the wheel when they were writing the code for this game, and they made a lot of things needlessly complex, which tends to happen when you start from scratch. This means that even seemingly simple things, such as vault space, may interact with other things that wouldn't come to mind right away. A lot of people like to throw around the old "they have our money now, why do they care?" but those people don't realize that Bungie, and specifically its devs, really just see their salary, not sales profits. They have to work for their money like anyone else, so I am certain they are aware of what the community wants, but either don't have it ready yet or are choosing not to do certain things for reasons of their own.
