OMG. That dobbins guy who published that and other videos needs to find a new game to play. ALL he does is say how low his opinion of the game is and how bad the game is and how he has been so badly ripped off, and then spends the next 27 minutes telling you why. And after all that - NOTHING is confirmed, its all speculation, of course there is content on the disc that is locked. How is that different from BF4, when the first DLC came with the pre-order of the game, but was included in the price you promotional package for Premium, or the fact that tall the DLC's were all but finished prior to the game launch? People who take these clips as fact need to tighten their tin foil hats, and/or stop playing Destiny if you hate it so much
