Did Jacob Keyes bump uglies with Catherine Halsey? Seems there was some mutual attraction there.
Apart from Greek and Danish/Norse mythology with Halo, were there any other mythologies that Bungie and later 343 drew influence from?

It's not revealed in the Fall of Reach. It was actually in Halsey's journal. Of course, some fans concluded themselves based on how old Miranda is.
