*this goes on for about two minutes, then subsides*
*the weather similarly dies down, falling back to whatever season it was when I got here*

My kind usually has iron self-control, which is why you don't hear about weather like this in the news that often. But I guess that's just one more way I fail to meet expectations. I used to be a complete maelstrom; fire, thunderstorms, blizzards, even an earthquake or two. [i]Years[/i] of therapy and semi-legal medication have allowed me to limit myself to two phases: hot and cold. When I'm cold, I'm siphoning the energy from my surroundings. When I'm hot...well, take a guess. *starts to shiver* Great. Here I go again. I shouldn't be switching this quickly. What the hell do you have here that's putting out so much power? Are there more people like that pirate? He was like a nuclear reactor, I shouldn't have gotten near him.
