Whaaaaaaaat? That's dumb. Either way if I got a disc I'd be buying it two, three, more times cause my 2 year old thinks it's helpful to pull discs out of the console and bring them to me....all the time....like "here dad, I got it for you!!!" /facepalm
Still though, guess electrons cost more than plastic.

Haha i can see the problem there for you. How much are digital copies for you then? I think downloads are only worth it if the xbox store had the same sales as the steam store. It needs to be cheap enough to not warrant a trade in to get £10-£20 of another game.
