Abd in my dreams there are people, separate to me, who speak and think and act in ways I can't predict or control, just like here. One dream, I was in a forest with trees that reached the sky and roots as tall as houses, and an ancient lady led me through a stone henge, chanting in a language I couldn't understand. Thr air smelt of earth and life, it was more real than here. We reached the centre and sat down, and she handed me a pipe and said, don't be afraid. The smoke was already in the air and as I drew it slowly came into the pipe. My head hit my chest and my eyes closed and there was blackness, but I struggled and opened them and looked at her and she smiled, and my head hit my chest again, and then, in the blackness, there was a sheep. I think it's my spirit animal.

That was the good one. In the bad one, I was with the most beautiful lady I have ever met, and we walked through a beautiful garden of flowers and trews and little streams, and she was on my arm and talking and talking but I was enjoying myself and I can't remember what we said. Then we stepped into a pretty clearing, and suddenly everything withered, and was covered with flames, and her hand gripped my arm so hard it hurt, and I looked at her and her face crumbled and she aged a hundred years, and her eyes became the eyes of a cat and I was struggling to escape her grip but I couldn't, and she said, "but not for you. You are going to hell." and I panicked and tried to escape but she held.me staring into her eyes, and it faded around me as I struggled, and her eyes were there glowing in my wall, and her claw was my hand digging into my arm. That was a nightmare
