Oh I agree that plenty of exotic armor pieces need work as well. This is the Weapons forum, however. Side note, the "improved transfusion" from the Skullfort is "spawn with melee energy". Not that it ever makes a difference because Shoulder Charge triggers transfusion as well, and kills in one hit. It ends up being a worse Helm of Inmost Light, which gives you two free perks, to include one in the same tree as the Skullfort. Perhaps some day soon I'll run through the armor as well, but today is not that day.
