Don't know what perks you got with it, but it's underrated. The range and damage are quite good. It's a little slow on firiing, but still great when you are using it at range. I have the firefly perk and mind and it's quite handy.

I have the "Aiming this weapon increases its effective range" and "A kill with the final round in the magazine increases reload speed." I appreciate a good scout, so I'm definitely holding onto it for later experiments with it and the process of leveling it.
