By your logic cheating in online games is legit because the stuff is available. Or stealing someone's phone from his hands is fine because by having their phone out in public is obviously just asking to get it stolen. Crota cheesing is cheating no matter how you put it. Sure aimbots are legit too, you're just saving your time.
