Us "dinosaurs" have experienced the games beauty and struggle. Some of us even play this game for the challenge and enjoyment, not just drops. & it's very possible that we may be able to upgrade our prehistoric armor to current light level... Regardless, I do not care about newbies buying this game later and being able to almost be current light level. You still won't be max without doing the raids.. enjoy your tower faction gear. Newbies get wrecked in crucible and booted from my fire team. :) enjoy
