Most people would disagree. Personally I liked them the most in order of their release. 3 was a let down. 1 was the best.

2 was amazing. 3 had a bad ending that was corrected with Extended ending DLC.

And what is it about 2 and 3 that you don't like? I know the ending sucks but that doesn't exactly sour the rest of the experience.

There's the overuse of RNG, the missions mostly ending with Horde Mode, the multiplayer is in barebones and needs serious balance fixes, the fact that there is all that backstory for Destiny but it's not even in the game, the dialogue is awful, and you don't have any reason to care about what's going on, they just tell you that you're back from the dead, you don't get an explanation about anything and you just shoot aliens with no background on who they are or what's going on. The game doesn't even change too much after level 20, it's just more grinding. The gameplay, art design and music is about all there that's good about the game.

Actually it does. Because the whole time it's like l, "what the f am I even doing right now? Who are these enemies and why aren't we friends? What is the traveler? Am I even on the good side? ......." We are just a dog chasing a moving car.

Edited by daynetrain73: 1/7/2015 1:41:12 AMis there something wrong with being easily amused rather than complaining about missing story to an already released game, when there is no way Bungie hasn't already thought out majority of what is going to happen in the story line over the next 10 years? its honestly pathetic the hate this game gets for a first game of a franchise (solely because its Bungie), and who are you to talk? with your 13 days of play time? yea the game must be terrible to play for that long, or you are just as easily amused

Tbh, i have a really bad habit of leaving my ps3 running, so my actual play time is probably less than half of that. Second, Bungie has NO idea what they're doing. Have you seen anything about how the story originally was? They basically nerfed the story into the ground. Then hulk smashed it for good measure. Third, what relevance does my playtime have anyway?
