Warlock self-res is a crutch for the weak.

Warlock self-res is a crutch for the weak. Seriously. What use is it outside of PvP? That's right - people who struggle to stay alive can have a second chance at dying again. Give me a Warlock whose build is based around staying alive any day of the week. A Warlock using self-res is basically waiting to die. They're holding the rest of the team back. They don't generate orbs unless they die. They don't activate supers unless they die. They're basically a drain on DPS and team strategy/cohesion. If you're a Warlock with self-res, you're letting your team-mates down. When recruiting for Raids, I ask people if they use self-res and then turn them down if they say yes. I want my Warlocks to be team-players, not people concerned only about themselves.
It's not really any use in PvP either.
Edit: apologies if I've stopped replying to someone in particular, this forum makes it impossible to look through everything and keep up with every conversation. Edit 2: Next week on Ackter Provokes: The Gjallarhorn and how if it was suddenly removed, 99% of players would no longer be able to beat anything!

 • haha your a fool buddy. my first and main character is warlock.. you can't generalize a players tactics and game play through the character and perks( selected on the character). I love warlocks and I love the self resurrect don't get me wrong it's clutch to have, but I don't rely on this ability to save me or win me a fight. I never save my super, I use it at the right time n right place. bombarding enemies with fusion/solar grenade (depending on type of enemy) and using my flame shield to survive in the thick it or evade from too much damage with a extra shield. that's why warlocks are in the "middle of the battle". I use my super in cases where I am about to die more much more often so I can cool down my scorch(shield) and grenades (fire power) helping me not die then rather dying and coming back. warlocks not helpful or good team players? once again I just gota laugh and pity a fool I always get 1st or 2nd on kills n kd ratio every raid or weekly event I do on my warlock. and on average I generate 6-8 orbs of light with each super use. you are the type of ignorant player who shouldn't be allowed to express themselves on the forums. please save yourself time and post valid n reasonable ideas on here..
