It's for scrubs and encourages reckless and sloppy play.

The only time that it's of good use is when a Warlock saves the fire team from a wipe.

on the hard raid just use voidwalker

I'd still say a sunsinger is better for the hard raid. Sure, the voidwalker's super is great for the occasional clear-out, but they're a lot weaker during non-super play.
