Giving a free game away with a console doesn't count. And literally Xmas just happened and you're working off of sales figures back in October. Fanboy much?

Actually that does count. The game left the shelf and someone is playing it. Just because they didn't pay money for the game due to a deal, doesn't change that they have it.
