Your choice for PVP heavy
I prefer my machine gun over rockets any day. Allows for even larger kill sprees.
Curious to see what others prefer out of the two...feel free to specify which weapon

Since my only legendary heavy are rocket launchers I use rocket launchers but I just recently picked up thunderlord and I only used it in one match and holy shit. It was so awesome, it only took a few rounds to kill ppl ad it was pretty accurate

Was using hammer until I found Against All Odds with soft ballistics, field range and send it perks. It's pretty much a hammer with scout rifle range.

Nothing beats Jolders Hammer with perfect balance and field scout. 50 magazine, handles like a laser, takes 3 bullets to kill. Absolute animal. Better than Truth maxed

Jolder's Hammer with drift control. Like a fully automatic hand cannon. 3 shots and everyone dies. Mine only carries 24 bullets but it still wrecks. It has much better range than the stats will lead you to believe. I take it over my Defiant Gravity A, or SGA 2.0 anyday.

Zombie Apocalypse with Field Scout. Better kill sprees, more Machine Lords. Looking forward to seeing a MG18A with Solar or Arc and Field Scout drop for me someday.

I got a solar deviant gravity A pre dlc with the field scout perk that increases capacity to 60 rounds that I use all the time.

I don't always use heavy weapons in PVP, but when I do I use G-HORN. Haven't gotten the balls to use a machine gun yet.

1 ReplyI think Machine gun is the best choice. If you're smart, you can get around 5-6 kills or more. With rockets you have to get lucky with a group up.
