They did fix 2 two other glitched ones for Xbox in the big update in December.
1) The Ghost on the Big Screen TV on Mars (Tharsis Station if I recall Right).
2) The Ghost under the stairs in that second ship of Forgotten Shores. It's at the entrance where the War Mind mission starts and you enter that hatch.
Hopefully I will get this last one and can be "complete" for now.
