Well I have one rebuttal for you. It's bungie's fault? So by that logic, if I steal from Walmart is it their fault for leaving their product out?

Your analogy is fundamentally broken. We have already paid for the product that we are using. We aren't stealing anything from Bungie. Its much more akin to paying to have groceries delivered when I'm perfectly capable of doing the grocery shopping myself.
