First idk if that image is real or not. But if it is I dont think comet is going to be a DLC.
If you look at the image starting from the left it shows destiny with a picture of a game cartridge. Then the next 2 images are the 2 known DLC's Which were labeled ep1 and ep2. The Comet has another picture of a game cartridge. Then the other 2 are of the dlc labeled with ep3 and ep4.
I think The comet is another release of another game (Destiny 2) not a DLC

A full destiny game will release every 2 years and a comet every year in between each new title, so yeah it's a major expansion!

Look up the Contract between Acti and Bungie. Comets are Larger DLC's to be released a year prior to the game's release.

I also heard that comet is going to be an add on to the game. If both rumors are true then destiny 2 will feature all of the old missions and locations.
