Halo 5 question. Arbiter and Locke. Are they hunting master chief for good intentions or bad intentions? I get mixed feelings. Also, giving the arbiter the benefit of the doubt, the Sangheli that we face in Halo 4, are they a faction that returned to the covenant and are enemies of the Arbiter? Last question. The Energy Sword is now called the Prophet's Bane. Are we to expect Prophets to return in H5?

Arbiter isn't hunting Chief, ONI are and Agent Locke has been tasked with his retrieval. Locke has gone to Arbiter to learn more about his target. ONI intentions are probably bad, but from Nightfall I believe Locke is a good person and not just an ONI pawn. 2. I believe the Covenant separatists in Halo 4 the storm I think they are called have nothing to do with the Arbiter. 3. Arbiters in the past used energy swords that looked like Prophets Bane. I believe the sword is called this as this was the the first sword that the Sangheili leader one of the original Arbiters used to kill many prophets (San'Shyuum) when they tried to set up the covenant before they tricked the Sangheili. They may return but not as the masters of the Sangheili.

  • Thank you. I figured Locke was a good person.

  • The Covenant you see in Halo 4 is a separatist group called the Covenant Remnant, led by Jul Mdama. The Prophet's Bane is Arbiters personal Energy Sword, so called after he slew the Prophet of Truth with it.

The last part is what I said but thanks.
