Oh, I just wanted to tell everyone when going after Urzok, I shot him with my Secret Handshake ARC shotgun, took out his shield but only nicked his health. and then got melee killed by him. BUT when I spawned back at the shed that leads to Skywatch, someone else finished him off and I got credit on the bounty. So it seems you don't have to be the one to actually finish him off. So bring a friend or go when other players are there.
