There's a lot of friction between Bungie and Microsoft because their contract with Halo. The fans aren't really helping things either, by continuously attacking Bungie over the exclusive deal for Sony.
In other news, I've Sony is going to lose a lot of contracts and exclusives may brought to Microsoft sooner, because Sony has broke several contracts and falsely advertised several features of the PS4. It's hasn't played many of the games at a full 1080p 60fps as it said it would (go online, you can find a list of the games, some of them console exclusive).

True, there are alot(like Destiny for example) that run at 1080p and 30fps rather than 1080p and 60fps.

I know Killzone was the one that started it. Then people started looking into other games and found they weren't playing at the specs advertised or stated by Sony.

For the most part it just looks like the 30fps rather than 60fps are only big difference(except for Battlefield 4, which runs at 900p 60fps on PS4 and 720p and 60fps on XBOne). I expect this to change later in the generation.
