I believe I'm a level 124: 99 attack, 99 strength, 99 defense, 99 constitution, 93 magic, 80 or so range, 95 prayer, 73ish herblore, 93 dungeoneering (ouch). All of my stats were above 60 (besides divination). I have full bandos, steadfast boots, duel drygore rapiers, demonhorn/Saradomin's Whisper (melee amulet). Use to kill Graardor for hours on end using demonhorn for infinite prayer.
