RUNESCAPE - What level were you? What items did you have?
If you think you are grinding in Destiny, you should have seen how it was in Runescape lol. MILLIONS AND MILLIONS OF XP PER SKILL.
Would you play Runescape if it came to Xbox/Playstation lol? And had REAL graphics. The #1 player was Zezima in RS2 for a while.
I played Runescape 2 in like 2006, 8th grade with all of my friends. You had to watch out for trading scammers lmao.
I was mainly a ranger/wizard hybrid at level 88, and loved it. I even had a Robin Hood hat which was like a few million GP.
I remember being a Lumbridge noob, and then questing throughout the lands for items.
I remember Castle Wars, and the various armors/weapons, from picking either Zamarok, Saradomin, or Guthix.
SO MANY WAYS TO MAKE $. I mostly mined or crafted. Pvp in the wilderness was pretty fun haha until clans destroyed you.
AND THE DROP PARTIES. POPPING BALLOONS AND GETTING BIG ITEMS. Wave2: Buying rune scimmy, 100K.
So, if you did play it, what did you have? When did you play? What level were you? (i.e. combat, + your skills)
DAMN, MOST OF YOU WERE LEVEL 100+ with 50+M. I only had like 8m lmao :(
I MISS THE QUESTS. SO MANY. AND PVP WAS FUN IN THAT.

I was level 112 I think. Had all full barrows, full dragon armour and yellow party hat. Stats included 99 Mage/range/attack/strength And then I got a PS3 and stopped playing. Have my party hat away to a friend and donated 400 rune sets to my clan.

2 RepliesI remember when someone told me he had a glitch to get me gold trim armor in runescape. all I had to do was drop all my armor and press alt+F4 and it would , but that closed the window . Right when I dropped everything I could see his last message " Hahahhahahahah" . You know I was in the sixth grade and that was the first time I was scammed and it was a shitty feeling . Looking back on it that was pretty funny.

[spoiler]50 atk, 90str, 94 range/Mage, 42 def, 44 pray.[/spoiler] Attack tank staker [spoiler]75 atk, 30 str, 75 def, 1 everything else[/spoiler] Rc staffer/ obby pure [spoiler]1 atk, 80 str, 1 everything else[/spoiler] Probably put roughly 10000 hours into it. Like destiny I only play for pvp. The only reason for PvE is items.

1 ReplyOmg this game devoured my life and made me so miserable. I remember I lost a full set of "zammy"-trimmed rune armor, raged, and quit the game after like 4 years of play time. This post made me nostalgia hard, though.

Ahh i was almost a maxed zerker pure just missing hp before i quit. All i did was pvp for years and then eoc came out. Wasnt my cup of tea. Great game nonetheless

130 combat. Everything was over 90. For some reason my favourite thing to do was fletching. I liked hanging out in varrock bank and chatting with people while getting 99.

I got to like level 110. I mostly used a strenght outfit with fighter torso, helm of neitznot, rune defender and dragon scimmy or abyssal whip (for accuracy). I never got more than 20M tho I think!

Played when i was in 6th grade. I had a pure Hybrid that had insane stats. I should still be able to log in.

1 ReplyWas 126 then 136 and then 200 or whatever bull they raised it to. Quit the second they were releasing the new combat like WoW. Was ranked 241 in castlewars and maybe 600 in mage co at time of quit.

I remember runescape. Castle wars coming out and having the red/blue/black dragon scale armor and releasing an actual archer/agility course. I was level 90 when I quit with multiple dragon weapons and armor and I definitely remember those christmas drop parties where you would pop balloons and possibly get extremely rare items (I ended up getting a Robin Hood hat worth 20-70mil back in the day). I miss playing the old runescape and if that came game out now on the Xbox, I would buy it.

i was level 55, full mithril armor, shit-tons of gold. was a good time, specially when they added dungeoniring, that was my favorite. i memorized the entire map from playing that game so long

I was 90 something in rs2 until EOC came out then I quit Bc it was garbage. 2007 scape was a savior and am currently 100 something in that. Will always love RS.

i quit rs for destiny. played the oldschool version. still one of the best pures in the game even now. `misclicking` is my username maybe one day i shall return...

Played back in 02-05. Good times. It was all about the Rune 2 Hander and party hats selling for 100k on server 1 in Varrock, or Falador if you weren't having any luck in the big city. Going into the Wilderness with nothing but your R2H, diamond amulet and Rune chest and 20 cooked lobsters incase you died and lost everything, trying to 3 hit noobs. Great game, quit when it went to the first 3D version
