It like really bad. I only get 30 minutes of sleep a day. But I have a powerful REM sleep, so my doc says that makes up for it.
Basically, I can take an 8 hour sleep and make it thirty. I'll be energized for hours on end.

Ikr? It's -blam!-ing awesome. I sleep for thirty minutes and I feel like I've been sleeping for 10 hours. Whenever I wake up I literally jump out of my bed.

As bad as insomnia is, that is so cool
