An AI that is programmed to answer is not an AI. It's a program. An AI would have a choice. Meant to post this here, sorry.

AI is still programmed. It must be installed by something. Yes, it adapts, but could adapt in only a way as the ones who installed saw fit. They could be installed with fail-safes, commands, and pre-given knowledge. If not, they would become the next human race(essentially). In fact, we may all be AI.
