  • I'd say if you leveled the first character yourself, then you would be considered a veteran. All the new account does is just add on to your experience, and gives you a chance to practice more. In my opinion, if you've gotten a character made by you to at least 20, you are experienced. Past 30 (VoG style, of course. No Vanguard buying), and you are a veteran.

  • Aight. That clears that up. Very much appreciated. I did have a wee bit of help with the lv 24. But pretty much I did it by myself.
