Anime.. any suggestions?
I was convinced 2 give anime a try. I don't watch anime because it seems to be very soap opera-ish/raunchy .. with that said, what do you suggest? Only thing i can say is I enjoy a well written story.
Update: started watching death note... way better than expected.

1 ReplyIf your looking for some not raunchy anime try Soul Eater. It has a moment or two here and there but other than that that's all there is that's raunchy.

It really depends what kind of genre you are into. For starters maybe you'll want to try the current Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works, well rounded, lots of action and nothing too complex. For some tank action try Girls Und Panzer. Then maybe move on to something more complex like the current Ghost in the Shell, Psycho Pass seasons 01 and 02, Gundam Unicorn, Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood and maybe Nichojou. If you have time maybe you'll want to watch series with super long story arc that's been around for years, like One Piece, Naruto, Bleach, Inuyasha, Gintama, Hunter x Hunter and Fairy Tale.

There's lot more like them but these have good stories and characters. Unfinished ones I'd recommend are Fairy Tail (my current addiction) and Naruto/Naruto Shippuden.
