I doubt he will ever sell it again. The point of selling it when the game started was to get it out there, not many people hd enough coins so it wasn't bought like crazy. I got mine from a Nightfall way back. Selling it at this point will tip the balance as Destiny has been worked harder than the best whore and everyone would have it and anything and everything raid/PVE wise will be destroyed and would be super easy.
