It does almost nothing if you have raid boots, why does no one understand that

No the heavy perk ( best perk available) doesnt stack, so when you have raid boots all it does is extra fusion rifle ammo and cooldown on radiance

Just got the starfire protocol it has the extra heavy ammo perk , along with the raid boots heavy ammo perk that should give me 8 gjally rockets. That's nuts .
