You aren't going to be banned. One of the ways that they seem to judge how well the game is doing is by measuring the amount if hours spent in game. So if they ban all the people that cheese crota how many hours would they lose. Not to mention how many playstaytion plus memberships would be cancelled during the down time. I say if you want a better game it is your solemn duty as a guardian to kill crota by any means necessary. Kill him with cheese or without but kill him often. At least eris will thank you for it
