I don't usually resort to insults but you are an idiot. I read the post and the agreements. The question is "Do they deserve to get banned?" not "According to the agreement do Microsoft and Sony have the right to ban them?". If there was a law that said if you bump into someone they have the right to kill you that wouldnt mean you DESERVE to die because you bumped into them. They do not DESERVE to get banned. They are hurting no one and their actions only affect themselves.
