A) psn is not capable of monitoring every disconnect be it legit or not. B) Internet is not 100% reliable throughout the world. C) common sense. Did people get banned for cheesing atheon, nightfalls, or any other activity? I'm not saying it's right or fair but I know Sony, psn and Bungie have bigger fish to fry (like improving the game or security of its company)
