Maybe if the raids weren't so glitched, people would feel more responsible and try to be legit.
After seeing the sword fall through the floor, multiple chalices being adhered to players, enemy mobs randomly gaining and dropping aggro, sword time and crota knee time not staying consistent, crota running off his platform, and Crota's shield resetting while still being hit by projectiles, I can see why people would say the hell with it and beat him their own way. And that's just from my experience from running it three times. I'm sure there are plenty of other crazy stories.
And from what I can tell no one is being banned for this. People keep saying 'oh, I heard people were getting banned'. But by this point I'm sure thousands/millions have cheesed him down. And Bungie can't afford to kill off such a large chunk of their community since they'll need those people for Destiny 2.

I agree with you. The glitches are what lead to cheesing and its absolutly no ones fault but Bungies.
