Argentina abandons its worlds and moves it's bases and military to the colony on Terra, the colony now known as New Harvest. The emptied worlds are thrown by the [i]So Much For Subtlety[/i] into a star and they burn up. Forerunner technology taken from the abandoned Shield World is reverse engineered; Janus Corp. now knows how to make a material resistant to Halo Rings. All ships, vehicles, bases, clothes, and armour are lined with it.
