Italy moves half of civilian population back to Italy. The civilians bring their SSD, use the repulser lifts to hover upside down over Italy, using it's artificial gravity to keep all of it's crew standing. It is upside down so all turrets will be able to have firing range on ground and low air targets. We are at peace for now
