Exploiting the AI isn't a bannable offense but, when you are having someone leave the game where their connections interfere with the game you are no longer exploiting you are using a form of lag switch which isn't just ban worthy of Destiny but of Xbox. ...not really, dude. A lag switch does repeated damage to a connection, dropping out of a game is just dropping out of a game. Considering how often people get kicked from the game by bungie's own fault, pretty unlikely theyll ban for shit that could likely be on them.
