The obvious reason the hard raid isn't out is because they want to remove glitching so people can't cheese in the hard raid. THEREFORE Bungie should be thanking the people who found the glitch and the players who exploit it because it's pressuring them to get their ass in gear. We all know they don't fix the real problems in the game so maybe the cheese glitching can stray them away from further self destruction of their future updates.
