Correct, if you did the setting on bungie, not sure where, arod knows. Then, what we do is add everyone in our clan list to our friends list, and when you have Hell Jumpers tagged, you can easily see clanmates when scrolling over names. Then, generally, what we do is post on the group wall what we plan to do, are doing, etc. it is difficult planning raids due to people's schedules, but I find what works well is posting "I'm doing nightfall, join if you want" or "anyone able to help with xyz?". There isn't a rock solid way of communication while in game to find groups, so this is all we have atm.
