First of all, it wouldn't be completely random, you seek out those people who post themselves discovering the cheese. Then you interview them. Then you have them sign non-disclosure statements and pay them. If they leak info early you sue their balls off. If they fail to find any cheeses and a bunch come out the day after a raid release, you fire them and find someone better. Kind of how any job works really. Edit: not to mention raid info came out for WoW early all the time and it didn't exactly hurt it...
