Lol yea let's hire some random gamers we know nothing about and risk the spoils spilling out over the internet, it's fairly obvious why they don't do this. Playtesters are generally pros in a particular game or within bungies friends and family circle.

Then you have them sign non-disclosure statements and pay them. If they leak info early you sue their balls off. If they fail to find any cheeses and a bunch come out the day after a raid release, you fire them and find someone better. Kind of how any job works really. Edit: not to mention raid info came out for WoW early all the time and it didn't exactly hurt it...
