Honestly my raid group has done it all completely legit and the only hard part is the witch before crota and Synching crota downs and sword dmg but it's obviously doable. The problem with this game is the same reason I don't care if people exploit this is none of this matters in crucible. In crucible the raid weapons aren't better than anything the vendors (including xur) sell. It's getting people loot that really doesn't matter. 32 will only mean something in hardmode and most of these people will be way behind anyways due to the sheer fact they haven't practiced the raid the way it was intended.
