Create Your Dream Exotic Weapon
I don't completely know about balancing, but basic rules:
No 1 shot kills at any range w/o precision damage.
No overpowered abilities (Ill be the judge of that)
No other rules noted

My Humble Opinion

Exotic Sniper Rifle
Primary Weapon
Possesses No Scope (Not a noscoping gun)
Precision damage is lowered to slightly better than scout rifle (x2.5 instead of x10 or whatever snipers get)
Has small iron sights, akin to a hand cannon, but a little more archaic, and slightly larger
Has a mid length 9 shot magazine (also aesthetically on the bottom)
First Perk: Luck in the chamber
Exotic Perk: Humbling Opinion (Precision hits overpenetrate, Precision kills make the target explode and increase reload speed, as well as granting a damage bonus)
Bolt Action Sniper, Increased Reload time and you have to unscope to reload between shots (Happens automatically)
1st option set(Normally scopes, but this has no scope)

How to attain this killer? Exotic bounty called "An Awoken Demise" Task#1: go to xür to guide you to your first task. Xür- "you've awoken a Plague feared by the hive and it has chosen you as its new owner." Task#2: kill 50 chosen cursed thralls without dying (death resets) -take back to xür. Task#3: complete the summing pits level 26 Without dying 3 times (death won't reset) Task#4: collect 20 silken codex, 30 weapon parts and 40 helium filaments -take to gunsmith for reconstruction Task#5: kill the maker on the moon (special mission)-see xür for the location of yor. "This weapon loves nothing more than to feel the souls ripping out of those who fallen before it...but it has one passion, which is to destroy the one who gave it life. Yor, the destroyer. Defeat yor in the chambers of night and face the nightmare the haunts other nightmares." Thinking about drawing it but I don't know how to post pictures here.
